Prague Prime Stays s.r.o. is a Prague-based serviced-apartment operator. We have been renting to tourists, film crews, production companies, and corporate clients since 2016, with flexible lease lengths that run from a few days to several months.
Our portfolio is concentrated in central Prague - Old Town, Malá Strana, and Vinohrady. Every apartment sits within walking distance of the city's tram and metro hubs, so the tourist landmarks, shopping centres, and the offices our guests commute to are all minutes away. The priority is the same throughout: the rhythm of central Prague on your doorstep, with quiet living behind the front door.
We offer fully furnished one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, each equipped for immediate occupancy. Furniture, a full kitchen with utensils and appliances, bed linen and towels, high-speed internet at no extra cost, and satellite television come as standard. Weekly cleaning is included and scheduled with you on the day and time that fits; if you need a different cadence, we adjust around your plans. We are reachable 24/7.
