- We accommodate late arrivals 24/7 with prior notice. Just share your flight or arrival details and we will arrange a personal key handover whenever you land.
- Someone from our team will always greet you at the address, give you keys personally, help you with your luggages and show you everything important in the apartment.
- Standard check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 10:30. Our team meets you personally during check in, so please share your expected arrival time once you have booked.
- The apartments are approximately 35-50 minutes by taxi or Bolt/Uber (around 600–800 CZK). Public transport (bus 119 + metro line A). It takes about 50 minutes and costs under 60 CZK.
- Our apartments are in central Prague, where street parking is limited and paid. We can recommend nearby paid garages (typically 500–900 CZK per day) and reserve a spot if you let us know in advance. We also have one private garage in Valentinská street. We need a reservation beforehand and we can rent it for 35eur/day or 850czk/day.

- Browse apartments on our website, select your dates and guest count, and complete the booking through our checkout. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. For stays longer than 28 nights or special requirements, contact us directly.
- Yes. Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Changes to dates or guest count can be made by contacting us - we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
- Online travel agencies charge us a commission of 10 to 30 percent per booking. When you book direct, we pass most of that saving on to you. The apartment, the service, and the support are identical - the price is simply lower.
- From 2 nights to several months (Depends on your preference)

- For leisure short stays, deposit is not needed. For longer stays in several months we take deposits. Depends on your length of the stay and type of apartment. The deposit needs to be sent till your arrival.
- Yes. Stays of 28 nights or longer receive monthly rates, and we remove the standard VAT that applies to short stays. Contact us for a tailored quote.
- Absolutely. Group and production bookings are one of our specialties. We can coordinate several apartments in the same building or neighborhood and consolidate invoicing.

- Yes. Long-term stays are our specialty. We host guests from one month up to a year or more, with rates up to 20% lower than comparable Prague hotels.
- Yes, subject to availability. If an extension is not possible in your current apartment, we can usually move you to a similar unit nearby.
- Foreign guests staying longer than 30 days may need to register their address with the Czech police. We handle the required guest registration on your behalf for stays in our apartments.

policies
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations 7 to 13 days before check in - 50% cancellation comission. Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in or no-shows are charged in full. Extended stays follow a separate schedule - contact us for details.
- We accept dogs for extra charges for deeper cleaning. Unfortunately cats do not because of previous bad experiences. We may take an extra deposit for longer stays with pets.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside our apartments. All buildings have designated outdoor areas nearby. We will charge you extra costs if you smoke inside the apartment.
- Yes, Prague's municipal tourist fee of 50CZK per person per night applies to stays shorter than 60 days, in line with city regulations. It is added separately from the apartment rate.
- From 2 to 9 people in one apartment depending on the size. Usually we have 2bedrooms for 4-5 people.
- Yes. As a registered Czech company (VAT: CZ05588766), we issue full VAT invoices for corporate clients and production companies.

- Every apartment comes with weekly cleaning, fresh bedsheets and towels, fibre internet, a fully equipped kitchen, washing and drying machine, and a smart TV with Netflix. See our Services page for the full list.
- Most apartments have a dedicated desk area. Apartments tagged for business stays also include suitable desk with chair. Internet speed is a minimum of 250 Mbps, with most units running at 200 Mbps symmetric.
- All apartments have high quality internet with a minimum of 250 Mbps, suitable for working, video calls, large file transfers, and streaming.
- Majority apartments have air conditioning, some do not. We have fans prepared in those apartments that have no air conditioning.
- Yes, fresh bed sheets, toilet papers, kitchen towels and bathroom towels are included and replaced during the weekly cleaning. Extra sets are available on request.
- Yes. Every kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, cooking stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, cookware, cutlery, and basics like salt, oil, and pepper.
- Weekly cleaning is standard. Additional cleaning, laundry, or mid-stay bed sheets change can be arranged for an extra fee — just let us know.

- Yes. Our team is available in Czech and English. For urgent issues (heating, water, locks) we respond immediately; for minor requests we schedule a time that suits you.
