On arrival
What you'll find waiting.
Each apartment is turned over with a welcome pack and a fresh set of bedsheets. Need something specific? Say so when you book and it's there on arrival.
Welcome pack
No-rinse hand gel, antibacterial soap, gloves, and a disposable drape.
Fresh bedsheets & towels
Changed before every new guest. Extra sets on request, no charge.
Surface disinfection
Kitchen, bathroom, and high-contact areas cleaned with certified spray.
Ozone treatment between stays
A 20,000 mg/h ozone generator resets the apartment air and textiles.
The weekly service
Cleaned once a week, timed to your schedule.
Standard for stays of seven nights or longer. Agree a day and time at check-in and we'll stick to it. Change your mind? Message us.
What's covered
Fresh linen and towels, bathroom and kitchen deep clean, floor disinfection, surface sanitisation, bin-out, and quick audit of supplies.
How it's done
In protective equipment, with the same certified products used on turnover. The apartment is fully disinfected after the team finishes.
Flexible by default
More often, less often, linen-only, or pause entirely for a week. Extra linen or towel deliveries between visits on request, no charge.
