How we work

Housing a film crew in Prague

Notes from productions we have hosted — what works when you need five to fifteen people in the same neighbourhood on a tight shoot schedule.

A practical note for productions booking in Prague

Film and TV productions on location in Prague hit the same problems over and over: housing a crew of five to fifteen people for two to four weeks, closer to set than a hotel, with flexible check-out on the last day when everyone is trying to get to the airport.

What we can do

We can hold two to four apartments for the same production in the same neighbourhood, invoice to the production company rather than to individual crew members, and arrange key handover logistics that match your shoot schedule. Smart locks mean everyone gets their own personal code; no physical keys to lose on set.

What the common issues look like

The most common issue is early morning arrivals. Flights land at 06:00, the shoot is in two days, and the crew needs somewhere to sleep. We can usually offer early check-in if the apartment is available the night before — tell us about inbound flights when you book and we will arrange it.

The second most common issue is last-day checkout. We build in a two-hour buffer for productions when possible; longer if we know the call sheet.

Who to contact

Write to [email protected] with the dates and headcount. We will reply within a few hours on business days, or next morning on weekends.
